The Titan's flank
Under the harsh light of the polar sun,
the mountain is transformed into living metal.
It gleams like mercury in motion,
wild, changing matter,
a fusion of the inanimate and the sacred.
Each face reflects the fire of an icy star,
as if the rock, stricken by time,
remembered it was once lava.
Its surface - at once smooth as taut skin
and scarred by the furious winds of Antarctica - seems
seems to come from another world.
Colossal. Silent. Terrifying.
It dominates, not through strength,
but by the absolute certainty of its presence.
It's a raw painting, on the border between emptiness and purity,
where matter becomes gesture,
where light sculpts the invisible.
A mineral altar erected in the face of nothingness.
